ferro alloys – ferroalloys – iranian ferro alloys
Ferro silicon is producing in different specifications such as follow:
Trademark: FeSi
Chemical Analyze: Si: 75% Al: 2% max C: 0.2% P: 0.03 S: 0.04max Size: 10-60mm
Melting point (°C): 1250
Ferro chrome is producing commonly in couple grades as High-Carbon and Low-Carbon:
Trademark: FeCr
Chemical Analyze(HC): Cr: 65% C: 6-8% Si: 2.5% P: 0.02 Size: 10-60mm
Melting point (°C): 1350
Today, the usage of ferro alloys, such as ferro silicon, plays a significant role in the steel industry, so that the production of raw steel, stainless steel and etc, without ferro silicon or ferro chrome will never be possible. On the other hand, the use of ferro silicon which has the richness raw materials in Iran such as silicaOre, charcoal, electrode pulp, electricity and etc… is due to that this production in Iran is currently increasing and has played an important role in the Iranian ferro alloys market. That’s why we are going to increase the export of this strategic item in the steel industry to neighboring countries.
Due to this, the Avijeh Alloy Co. has over 5000 tons export of Ferro silicon to the foreign countries, is going to extent its cosmopolitan goals, and this increase of Ferro silicon exports will be defined as well in the coming years.
Ferro Silicon Manganese is integrated of Manganese and Silicon that usually called with Mn-Si character index such as 65-15
Trademark: FeSiMn
Chemical Analyze: Mn: 65% Si: 16% P: 0.2%max S: 0.03%max Size: 10-60mm
Melting point (°C): 1190
